The Captain’s Shipwreck Cocktail Recipe

There’s an oceanfront party happening every afternoon and evening at Sea Captain’s House brand new oceanfront bar in Myrtle Beach!

Live local music from 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 9pm daily creates a laid-back beach vibe while a menu full of delicious dishes including Mahi Sliders, Rock Shrimp Shish Kabobs, and Cuban Sandwiches – keep the guests full and happy.

We’ve also created a specialty cocktail, appropriately named the Shipwreck, that we keep on tap at the outdoor bar. A tinge of heat from the habanero moonshine that you’ll taste on the first sip is balanced by the sweet pineapple puree and crisp ginger beer. It’s a refreshing cocktail that’s perfect to sip on a hot summer day. It’s been a hit at Sea Captain’s House, so we know it will be a tasty addition if you’re throwing your own backyard barbecue or summer bash.

Ingredients

    • Belle Isle Habanero Honey Moonshine
    • Fresh Blended Pineapple Puree
    • Simple Syrup
    • Ginger Beer

How to Make
1. Fill a serving container with ice.
2. Add Belle Isle Habanero Honey Moonshine, fresh blended pineapple puree, simple syrup.
3. Add ginger beer.
4. Stir and serve.
