Monday, July 1st – Pan Seared Scallops served over Red Pepper Couscous and topped with a Bacon Cream Sauce.

Tuesday, July 2nd – Asian Chicken Salad served on a Bed of Spring Lettuce and a side of Fruit.

Wednesday, July 3rd – Beef Street Tacos served on Flour Tortillas stuffed with Cilantro, Onions and drizzled with Chipotle Sour Cream.

Thursday, July 4th  – Barbeque Grilled Chicken Breast served with Corn on the Cob and a side of Coleslaw.

Friday, July 5th – Firecracker Shrimp served over Sticky Rice and sprinkled with Black and White Sesame Seeds.

Saturday, July 6th – Grilled Chicken Quesadilla Grande stuffed with Pepper Jack Cheese, Bacon, Jalapenos, Onions, and Corn with a side of Pico de Gallo.

Sunday, July 7th – Pan Seared Scallops Sautéed over Spinach Orzo, topped off with a Roasted Red Pepper Coulis.

Monday, July 8th – Marinated Beef Tips served on top of Creamy Risotto and topped with a Mushroom Demi sauce.

Tuesday, July 9th – Chicken Salad Melt:  House-made Chicken Salad topped with Melted Swiss, Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato served with a cup of Clam Chowder

Saturday, July 13th – Chicken Kabobs served on a Bed of Vegetable Rice and topped with a Sweet Teriyaki sauce.
