August 2016 Lunch Specials

We’ve uniquely crafted a daily lunch special menu to be a special addition to our guest favorite lunch menu. Check out the whats coming for August:

 

Monday, August 1st: Shrimp Fajitas with Bell Peppers & Onions Served with Pico De Gallo, Monterey Jack Cheese, & Southwest Aioli with a side of Spanish Rice

Tuesday, August 2nd: Fried Flounder over Sautéed Bell Peppers, Onions, & Rice of the Day then finished with a Cajun Aioli & Scallions

Wednesday, August 3rd: Fried Shrimp Tacos in Flour Tortillas with a Roasted Corn and Tomato Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream, and Avocado. Served with Spicy Black Beans

Thursday, August 4th: Savory Shrimp & Crab Cheesecake Topped with a Lemon Dill Butter Sauce Served with Fried Green Tomatoes

Friday, August 5th: BBQ Rubbed Chicken served over Romaine Lettuce and Mesculin Greens tossed in a Honey Apple Vinaigrette Dressing with Apple Slices, Grapes, Candied Pecans, and Bleu Cheese Crumbles

Saturday, August 6th: Seared Ahi Tuna in Flour Tortillas with an Asian Slaw, Pickled Ginger, Pico de Gallo, and Avocado. Served with a Roasted Corn Succotash

Sunday, August 7th: Grilled Salmon over Sautéed Spinach & Cherry Tomatoes on White Grits Then Finished with a Shallot Butter Sauce. Served with Southern Coconut Cake

Monday, August 8th: Shrimp Quesadillas with Fresh Pico De Gallo Served with Spanish Rice & a Side of Guacamole

Tuesday, August 9th: Beer Battered Shrimp over Rice of the Day with a Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce. Served with Steamed Vegetables

Wednesday, August 10th: Baja Fish Tacos- Pan Seared Halibut served in Flour Tortillas with Ginger-Lime Coleslaw, Avocado, Tomato, Cilantro, and Sour Cream. Paired with Spicy Black Beans

Thursday, August 11th: Hawaiian Marinated Chicken Breast served over Shredded Mixed Greens tossed in Ginger Soy Dressing with Almonds, Mushrooms, Red Bell Peppers, Scallions, and Fried Wontons

Friday, August 12th: Shrimp Salad on a Croissant with Spiced Sweet Fries

Saturday, August 13th: Chicken & Shrimp Hibachi with Zucchini, Onions, & Squash over Fried Rice finished with Japanese White Sauce

Sunday, August 14th: Grilled Chicken over Lemon Herb Roasted Potatoes topped with Marinated Cherry Tomatoes, Basil, & Feta Cheese. Served with Chocolate Cake with a Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting

Monday, August 15th: Grilled Scallops over a Wild Mushroom Parmesan Risotto Finished with a Roasted Red Bell Pepper Coulis

Tuesday, August 16th: Grilled Jamaican Jerk Mahi served in Flour Tortillas with a Pineapple-Mango Salsa, Pico de Gallo, and a Ginger Lime Dressing

Wednesday, August 17th: Crab Salad served on a Fresh Croissant with Lettuce and Tomato. Paired with our She Crab Soup

Thursday, August 18th: Blackened Shrimp served over Mixed Lettuce Greens with Tomato, Cucumber, Shredded Cheese, Diced Egg, Bacon, and Avocado. Served with Choice of Salad Dressing

Friday, August 19th: Shrimp Chimichangas with Onions & Bell Peppers Served with Spanish Rice & a side of Sriracha Sour Cream Dipping Sauce

Saturday, August 20th: Sautéed Shrimp, Beef Tips, & Mushrooms Tossed in a Cajun Cream Sauce over Dirty Rice Risotto Cakes topped with Parmesan Cheese

Sunday, August 21st: Grilled Chicken Oscar: Grilled Chicken Breast Topped with Asparagus, Crab Meat, & Béarnaise Served with sides of Rice of the Day & Steamed Vegetables with a Banana Cream Pie

Monday, August 22nd: Grilled Salmon topped with Crabmeat and a Dijonaise Cream Sauce. Paired with Rice of the Day & Roasted Asparagus

Tuesday, August 23rd: Fried Shrimp over Gouda Cheese Grits with Sautéed Bell Peppers, Onions & a White Wine Cream Sauce

Wednesday, August 24th: Cajun Fried Flounder over Rice of the Day. Topped with Fried Onion Strings & a Creamy Remolaude

Thursday, August 25th: Grilled Salmon served over Mesculin Greens tossed in Balsamic Vinaigrette with Grape Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, and Kalamata Olives

Friday, August 26th: Grilled Flounder over a Corn Succotash Topped with a Spicy Tomato Jam

Saturday, August 27th: Classic Shrimp Scampi Served a Vegetable Pilaf & a Pineapple Cheddar Cheese Casserole

Sunday, August 28th: Blackened Shrimp over Romaine Lettuce with Feta Cheese, Kalamata Olives, and Cherry Tomatoes, with Basil Garlic Vinaigrette. Served with Sacher Torte

Monday, August 29th: Sesame Shrimp: Fried Shrimp Tossed in a Sweet & Sour Sauce over Fried Rice Served with a Spring Roll

Tuesday, August 30th: Fried Oysters served in Flour Tortillas with Coleslaw, Pico de Gallo, Shredded Cheese, Avocado, and a Siracha Aioli. Paired with Spanish Rice

    Finale,finally got to eat there! Sea Captain’s House has been on my bucket list for a long time & let me tell you it was worth the wait! We had the Beer battered shrimp & we loved every mouth full.Only been coming to MB all my life (I’m 70) so yesterday was it! God willing we will be back.Planing on going to Carolina in September so maybe this would be the perfect place for dinner before the show.
    We are from High Point/Holden Beach.
    Thank you for a great meal,wound full service & loved the atmosphere!
